PART 2: SMS TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Agreement to Terms
By opting in to receive text messages from The Finer Things LLC, you agree to these SMS Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not opt in.

You may consent to receive text messages from us in any of the following ways:
Checking the SMS consent box on a contact or intake form on our website.
Signing an event production contract that includes SMS consent.
Asking us directly, in person, by phone, or by email, to send you text updates.
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any service.
3. Types of Messages
If you opt in, you may receive text messages about:
Event inquiries, proposals, and project updates.
Appointment and event-day reminders.
Follow-up messages.
Billing and payment notices.
Job application status and onboarding information (applicants only).
4. Message Frequency and Rates
Message frequency varies based on your event schedule, inquiries, and project milestones. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your wireless carrier plan. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
5. How to Opt Out or Get Help
To stop messages, reply STOP to any text message. You will receive one confirmation message, and no further messages will be sent unless you opt in again.
